Mallory Reaves
Mallory Reaves is an American writer whose work moves between science fiction, fantasy, manga, and some of popular culture's most recognizable fictional worlds. Raised in Southern California in a family of writers, she began building her career through manga, adapting series including After School Nightmare, Black Sun, Silver Moon, Her Majesty's Dog, and 07-Ghost for English-language readers.
Her work on After School Nightmare was part of the series' 2007 Will Eisner Award nomination, but Reaves later moved beyond adaptation and into original fiction. She joined her father, writer Michael Reaves, and Neil Gaiman to write The Silver Dream, the second novel in the dimension-crossing InterWorld series. The collaboration continued with Eternity's Wheel, bringing the science fiction and fantasy trilogy to its conclusion.
