FBI Special Agent Journey Russo is closer than ever to cracking open the cult responsible for the house fire that killed her parents when she was thirteen. The patient of a local psychiatric hospital burned his house down—with him in it—the same day he was discharged. An oddly typed suicide note is found outside his house. Stranger still are the identical deaths of two other patients from the same hospital, making Journey believe this is no coincidence. It’s the work of a killer. Could it be a medical professional who, instead of healing their patients, is murdering them in the most horrific way and making it look self-inflicted?

The heat is on to find who's responsible before they strike again. And Journey must face her own worst nightmare or the investigation...and more victims...will go up in flames.
