Hillcrest Hollow Shifters · #0.5
Bound to the Werewolf
A lynx on the run, a wolf looking for his mate, and danger on the prowl.
Freya
Running is what I’m good at, as a lynx, I’m a total loner. I don’t need anyone, least of all a meddlesome wolf who sticks his nose where it doesn’t belong. Worse, he’s a small town good boy. Too straight-laced for his own good.
But running gets tiresome, even for an established loner like me. With sparks flying against my better judgment, and danger dogging my heels. I might just let the wolf have a little nibble. What could possibly go wrong?
Kai
Freya isn’t just trouble—she is the kind of trouble that sinks into your bones, gets under your skin, and refuses to let go. And I wanted her anyway.
The pull between us is undeniable, and the more I fight it, the stronger it becomes. It isn’t just attraction—it is something deeper, older. My wolf has recognized her.
But Freya? She isn’t the claiming type.
Not yet, anyway.
