Show ReviewI first actually noticed this book on the frontpage of Risingshadow and the description catched my eye. When I finally got my hands on this one and took a crack at it, it was everything it said itself to be and more.
It was funny, the characters were likable and the ending was to my liking.
BUT, for those of faint heart, this book should really come with an age rating for sexual content. Yeah, I was expecting historic urban fantasy and what I got was steampunkish comedy, with mystery and action with minimal blood, considering the messy werewolves, and a very steamy romance that didn\'t leave me disappointed in the end.
I\'ve seen the guy meets a girl, guy falls in love and girl leaves/dies/looses her memory too many times to think it romantic. And this one time there was actually a girl meets a man, there is a hedgehog, they bicker for a few years, steamyness ensues, they get married and continue to stay married so that they can bicker some more.
