About the Book
Kidnapped as a baby. Raised by a stranger. Now someone wants her dead.
Bailey's life was a lie. The woman who raised her wasn't her mother. The childhood she remembers was built on deception. And the family now claiming she's theirs? They're hiding secrets worth killing for.
When her "mother" dies, Bailey discovers her past and that she was abducted as a child. Who can she trust? Everyone seems to have a story. Guy, the private investigator, who started her on this quest, seems to have his own agenda. Is he part of the solution? Or part of the problem?
The deeper she digs, the more dangerous it becomes.
The kidnapper is just one player in a thirty-year conspiracy. Using the survival skills she learned on the streets, she must outrun bullets and uncover the truth before her kidnapper finishes what they started 30 years before.
Some families will do anything to keep their secrets buried.
