Terminal

An old spy. A final journey. A killer waiting in the Highlands.

When eighty-year-old former CIA legend Chadwick Dunne is given a terminal diagnosis, he returns to Scotland for the first time in sixty-five years, determined to make peace with the brother and first love he abandoned as a boy.

Group Fifteen operative Charlie Cooper is sent to watch over him. Quietly. Discreetly. Dunne must never know he has protection.

But Dunne’s return has been noticed by someone else: Patrick McGuire, a former IRA gunman turned professional assassin, hired by an enemy from Dunne’s violent past. What begins as a simple protective detail becomes a running fight through the forests and mountains of the Scottish Highlands, where old regrets, family loyalties and unfinished business collide.

Dunne has one last chance to put things right.

Cooper has one job: keep him alive long enough to do it.
