About the Book
After being framed for the explosion that shook an entire nation, Kayla Morrow, Keith Wright, and Charlie Carter, have gone from strangers to confidants, able only to trust each other. Cornered from all angles, they make their way across the country, following up the only lead that they have available to them. But as they fight for answers and survival, people close to them are being pulled into the danger, and the three new friends may not be able to stick as close as they'd like.
Meanwhile, in DC, the new president finds himself drawn deeper and deeper into the organisation he's dedicated his life to, and finds that it may not be everything he thought it was. So far, they're not impressed by his performance. The president understands that his neck is on the line, and he's not prepared to lie down and take it.
Across the country, other players are making their way, trying to get to the bottom of what is happening, to stop what is coming. They don't realise it might already be too late.
