About the Book
In a devastated society, the definitions of a hero and a villain become blurred—
After navigating an unrecognizable world, Cass and the others have reached their destination. However, instead of marking the end of their journey, it exposes an ongoing nightmare.
The ranch tucked into the Colorado mountains used to be a refuge for Cass, a place she often dreamed of while stuck on the space station, The Deliverance. Now, her father and his followers use it to further their cause, a mission Cass and her friends have committed to overthrowing.
With humankind's extinction in the balance, what was once deemed right or wrong has shifted to a matter of survival. Faced with impossible choices, Cass must learn to trust Dev, Bug, Adam, and the rest of The Fallen—people she has come to call her family. But they have all changed, and what started as a clear vision of duty and honor will have to be redefined to secure their redemption.
