The Lonely Widow
Who is the mysterious woman in room 1508?
When Detective Dana Fisher and Detective Greg Holt arrive at the scene of a man's death outside a fitness club, they find him lying on the ground next to his sedan, with no witnesses to explain how he died. As they investigate, they realize that the man had many enemies who all had reasons to want him dead. Ten years ago, a woman checked into a five-star hotel under a false name and committed suicide in her room. No one has come forward to report her missing in the intervening years, and she had no identification when the police found her. Private Investigator Lee Callaway is approached by a client who doesn't believe it was a suicide and wants to find out who the woman was. Reluctant to take on such an old case, Callaway agrees to investigate for the money, but he quickly finds himself drawn into the dangerous and deadly mystery of the woman in room 1508.
