Flack can steal anything, except his freedom, but he only needs one advantage to escape: her.
Irena
I am nothing to the this merciless pirate crew but a scarred, unwanted human. Sent to clean cages, endure insults, and stay invisible. Until the day I meet him; Flack.
He watches me like I’m something rare instead of ruined. His voice low and dangerous, his promises even more so. I know better than to trust a pirate… especially one who looks at me like he already owns me.
I might not have a choice when the ship steers into danger even this ruthless crew can’t avoid.
Flack
Captured by the pirate crew I once ran with, I’m thrown into a locked cell and forced to bargain for my life. Steal the unstealable, and they’ll let me live. It’s a lie, and we all know it.
The moment I scent her, I know. She’s my fated mate. Trapped on this ship just like I am, even if her cage has no bars. She’s skittish, like a wounded animal, but soon she’ll learn the truth: I’ll burn this ship to the ground before I leave her behind.
Because I’m a Sune in mating rut…
…and I don’t leave what’s mine behind.

The series doesn't shy away from complexity. As these mercenaries face daunting missions and unravel dangerous plots, they also wrestle with their own identities and emotions, making their journeys deeply personal. For every fierce fight, there’s a passionate connection that’s built on trust, raw attraction, and the undeniable bond of being mates.
