About the Book
When John Milton agrees to help an old friend investigate a missing journalist, he stumbles onto something far deadlier than a disappearance.
The trail leads him to the remote Flannan Isles off Scotland’s coast—a place steeped in mystery since the day its lighthouse keepers vanished more than a century ago.
Now Milton faces mercenaries, covert operatives, and a ruthless conspiracy buried in the rocks and waves of the North Atlantic. To uncover the truth, he must survive a storm of violence and betrayal, all while protecting those dragged into the fight alongside him.
But the closer Milton comes to the secret at the heart of the islands, the more he realises this battle will demand everything he has left—and that some legends hide horrors more dangerous than myth.
