About the Book
Sapphiria, helped by the humans she's sworn to protect, defeated the Bane's undead horde. But now the squishies find themselves on the brink of collapse. Astralis has exhausted its supply of mana, and without magic, the next attack will crush them.
Forced to launch an expedition into Icerend, Sapphiria has no choice but to build a Snowpiercer. . Ahead lies a Convergence filled with mana crystals...and horrors beyond the laws of reality.
The baleful energies of Icerend have turned the animals there into relentless killing machines. As she advances, they pour from the north and into the valley, ever more numerous, and ever more deadly.
Either she will crush the abominations in her way and bring back the crystals they desperately need, or the relentless undead and the deformed horrors from the north will lay waste to all she fought so hard to save.
