About the Book
The heir to the elven high throne is fighting his curse.
The mages are desperate for their newest member to give them her heart.
And Julia is what they all want.
After tearing herself from her closest friends in order to keep them safe, Julia Mayburn finds herself in a complicated web of loyalties and love. She just wants to learn how to use her power as a mage, but doing so will come at a cost. After all, her father and new friends remind her, she's one of them. And mages have to stick together. It's the only way they've survived being hunted down for the past few thousand years.
But Julia isn't ready to accept this all-or-nothing attitude. Nor is she ready to run back to those she loves most. She left, after all, to hone her powers. And until she's able to wield them properly, she'll be a danger to everyone she holds dear.
Unfortunately, Las Vegas is steadily becoming a more dangerous place, not only because of the chaos being caused by Pandora's Key - a group of supernatural vigilante zealots - but also because Prince Alexander Nomos's curse seems to be growing worse by the day. And whether she wants to or not, Julia seems to be the only person who might have a chance of slowing his descent into madness. Which might be less difficult... if her heart didn't keep getting in the way.
Rejoin Julia, Alexander, and the gang as they begin their next chapter full of magic with snark, clean romance, and Vegas like you’ve never seen it before in the Mage in Vegas Trilogy!
