Slipstream Rescue

One minute I’m answering a distress call, the next I’m trapped aboard a crippled Tarkuun warship.

The Alpha captain is a decorated hero with zero patience for civilians.
The feeling is mutual.

A slipstream storm strands us light-years from help. Oxygen’s running low.
And somewhere aboard, a saboteur is still at work.

I should be focused on keeping the ship alive.
But with my heat cycle approaching, every hour in those narrow engineering bays feels like a test I’m going to fail.
