Gina stayed in the small town of Starlight Springs and opened a bakery called Enchanted Oven with her two closest friends. Ethan moved to London to pursue a career in publishing.

Now, Ethan is back in town to settle his aunt’s estate. The sparks between them are just as strong as they were years ago, but they're not the same young kids. Gina is now a powerful witch, and Ethan's life is back in London, thousands of miles away.

Their car breaks down on the way to help an old neighbor during a thunderstorm, forcing them to have tough conversations.
