Shi Shèng Yue, during his great travel from Haruka to his homeland of Yilin, falls into a horrid storm. In the last moments, just before the sea swallowed him up, the Prince is saved by a mysterious young woman. Now, a month after the event, he seeks the woman who saved his life.

Kim Bai Hua has always been a curious thing. As the youngest of her sisters, she was never given the amount of attention the older ones were. Saving a drowning man from the raging sea, Bai Hua is now infatuated with what the world above is like as well as how she can meet this man once more. For help, she seeks out the Sea Wuyu to help her with this dream.
