The series
In The Body Shop, Hailey Edwards pulls readers into a world where the line between life and death isn’t as clear as it seems. Set in the seemingly ordinary town of Thunderbolt, Georgia, this urban fantasy series introduces a truly unique concept—an auto repair garage that serves an entirely different purpose: helping the recently deceased resolve unfinished business. At the heart of it all is Frankie Talbot, a skilled necromancer whose work brings her face to face with the afterlife’s mysteries and the darker corners of human nature.
