As The Last Petal Falls

How does a wish become a curse?

Prince Daric Halverson wants for nothing, except a true love match to stand by his side when he ascends the throne. Frustrated by the prospects he's entertained thus far, he makes a wish on a falling rose petal, a wish he never expects to be granted. A wish for love.

When a stranger arrives at the castle the next day, Daric starts to wonder if fate has decided to favor him after all, only for his situation to become much worse.

This is a prequel to the full-length novel, Of Curses and Beauty, available now.
