This story was a really interesting read, and I enjoyed all the glimpses into the other stories in the series as Briska worked behind the scenes to see the various couples get together safely. It took a few chapters for me to get into the story but then it was really enjoyable.
Here are a few examples of the many stories connected and mentioned in Melt: Snow Queen Retold
The next tale in this series is Spin: Rumpelstiltskin Retold (Book #13)
Maram and Aladdin find their happily-ever-after (and Amani is freed) in Wish: Aladdin Retold (Book #11)
Tale of Hansel and Gretel (who lied about being siblings) is in Return: Hansel and Gretel Retold (Book #10)
Tale of Melitta, George and the dragon is in Embellish: Brave Little Tailor Retold (Book #07)
