A Home for Berus

Taken from Earth, owned by a merchant, stolen by a thief, and finally left to be monster chow on an abandoned mining planet, my life has been one bad day after another. I’m not even surprised when I get thrown into the brig of a bounty hunter’s ship. My luck finally turns when the biggest Tallean warrior I’ve ever seen comes to my rescue.

No stranger to violence, Berus is a brawler who knows how to use his claws and fangs. I should be terrified of him, but instead, I can’t stop my body’s reaction to his powerful muscles and possessive words.

He promises to bring me to Reka 5 so I can live a life of freedom. The way there is fraught with danger, but even if we make it, I’m not sure I’ll arrive with my heart intact. Because I’m falling for my big, bad alien. And I’m falling hard.
