I loved this book! It was a great retelling of "The Princess and the Pea" and I did not want to put it down. The characters were all really fun and I loved watching the relationship between Prince Richard and Violet as it developed. I also enjoy the way this story vaguely ties in both Scarlet Moon and Midnight Pearls through one of the other princesses if you look closely and are familiar with the other stories. This book was really fun and entertaining with a wonderful story about love, friendship, and a little bit of mystery thrown in to keep you guessing.
