This is an interesting Retelling of The Goose Girl that was a quick read with well written characters and a fast moving pace. I especially appreciate that in this story Princess Adele and her handmaid are friend and they make the switch to protect Adele. I would have liked to have seen more interaction between Princess Adele and her fiancé rather than them meeting at the end of the story. I plan to look into more of this series as well as future fairy tale retellings by this author.
