This book was an enjoyable story and can be read as a standalone book although after reading Burl & Lucy's story I have added the prequel His Human Runaway about Thorn & Mica to my TBR as well as the next book His Human Rebel about Rake and Stella. I enjoyed reading about all the characters introduced in this story and Lucy's cats were fun to read about as well, particularly how well Burl acted with them. I look forward to continuing to read about Flagstone Fire Ranch in the future.
Flagstone Fire Ranch Reading Order:
His Human Runaway (Thorn & Mica)
Her Alien Husband (Burl & Lucy)
His Human Rebel (Rake & Stella)
**Sten Flagstone and Erid Loadstone will have their stories in 2025!
