Makenzie Marshall
Makenzie Marshall is the author of the dark Welsh fantasy series A Quest For Sleeping Dragons. She wrote her first book at ten-years-old and independently published her YA fantasy novel, Forsaken, at age eighteen. She published her short-story Nothing Grows From Pomegranate Seeds with Fairlight Books in 2018. She holds a BA in Literary Studies from Missouri Southern State University and an MA with Distinction in Welsh & Celtic Studies from Cardiff University. She plans to soon continue working toward a PhD in medieval Welsh manuscripts. Originally from Joplin, Missouri, USA, she now lives with her husband and daughter in Pontypridd, Wales.
