About the Book
An ancient tome will bind them together...
Selena Risley keeps the walls around her heart high, and for reasons that have nothing to do with her being a witch from a young, untried coven. She did not expect that a daring hunt for an ancient grimoire would make her a walking target - and not only for her enemies...
Alexander, Lord Kettrel, had been entombed by vampire hunters centuries ago. He did not expect to be awakened by the magic of a powerful artifact now in the young witch's hands.
The witch and the vampire conclude a reluctant pact - he is going to become her protector, and in return she is going to share the secrets of the grimoire with him... once they find a way to reveal them in the first place.
On their way, they will encounter fanatical vampire hunters, ancient orders, secret councils, and cosmic secrets... while the fact that both are maddeningly attracted to each other only complicates things.
