Ramsay and the Smuggling Ring

Ex-Inspector Ramsay, now invalided out of the force, stumbles upon a body hidden in the cliffs during his second attempt to hike his homelands wilder places. This time, he's on the coast of north Yorkshire. The body is that of a local fishing boat opener, missing for some time, and he's been murdered. Can Ramsay help the local police or will they spurn his attempts to do so, as usual, and leave him to sleuth without them?
