When the Tyrant Riot died, he left his throne behind without naming an heir. His eight elders, all Tyrants stolen from their own homes many years ago, have waged a cold war in the shadows. None are willing to step forward first, for whoever does will be the first to fall, torn apart by the others.

Despite being Philosophers, two whole cultivation levels below the Tyrants, Griffon and Sol entered their treacherous game. And now, they will be the ones to shatter the detente.
