Wycan
Gom and Wycan: a mage and an heir-presumptive to a ruined realm. Each strangely gifted, each with his own mission, one to save a dying stranger, the other to save that whole world from ruin. As their separate paths converge, together they range from highest mountain through deepest forest and beyond to Aelyth-Kintalyn's haunted ruins to save the woman and resolve the mystery of Wycan's heritage. By the end of it, a friendship is begun that will propel them through Gom's final ordeal and the conclusion of this 9-book series.
