Deceived by Water

A novella.

With the attack on Falsheim over, and the people of the city settling back into routine, Elle still struggles with her place in her homeland. As a water shaper, she’s expected to help provide protection, but as one who left Doma and trained in the kingdoms, not all trust her.

When she sees a village burning, she must decide whether to trust her instincts, and learn if she can count on water-and her bonded elemental-to respond.

The second part of Elle’s story, set in the Cloud Warrior Saga.
