Outlander
In a world where time itself is both a prison and a portal, Outlander plunges readers into a whirlwind of passion, history, and uncharted destinies. When Claire Randall, a nurse just returning from World War II, mysteriously tumbles through time to 18th-century Scotland, she is thrust into a world far from the war-torn safety of her own. What follows is a tale that blends history, romance, and a fierce battle for survival in a world where every choice can alter the fabric of time itself.
Outlander consists of nine primary books, and includes four additional books that complement the series but are not considered mandatory reads and series is set to expand with the upcoming release of two more books. The current recommended reading order for the series is provided below.
