In Japan's distant past, ninja warriors roamed the land. But Raizo is just the sort of boy who seems to have no hope of becoming a ninja. Disfigured by a strange horn in the middle of his forehead, Raizo is a complete outcast. But then he meets a beautiful female ninja who introduces him to his amazing destiny: he is the last living descendant of the royal family!
She swears her loyalty to him, promises to help him regain his throne... and introduces him to his ninja servants, a group of glamorous, gorgeous, and super-cool ninja warriors!
