Confederation Universe
The Confederation Universe was developed by Peter F. Hamilton for his Night's Dawn Trilogy, consisting of The Reality Dysfunction (1996), The Neutronium Alchemist (1998) and The Naked God (2000). There is also a compilation of short stories called A Second Chance at Eden, set before The Reality Dysfunction but in the same Confederation Universe. The stories provide some history to the trilogy, starting with the origins of the Edenist culture and leading up to a story about the Lady Macbeth and Joshua's father.
