About the Book
Inan is a world in a far-flung galaxy where magic and technology co-exist and have become intertwined. Alongside hi-tech weaponry and the day-to-day tech of a highly developed culture and civilisation, there also exist a number of mages who have developed magical skills and capabilities beyond the understanding of science. Alongside laser canons there exists the power of spells that can wipe out an opposition army with a gesture and incantation. The magicians who can wield such magic exist as cloistered academics, dedicated to their art; unaware almost of the role they play as the ultimate deterrent in brokering a worldwide peace. It is their pivotal role that drives the intrigues of the nation states that mix unicorns with hi-tech air-cruisers. Each novel in this series expands on this exciting fantasy world and explores the dangers and intrigues therein.
