Though he died at age 34, Cyril M. Kornbluth left behind a vast body of classic SF writings (he sold his first story at age 15, in 1939). His Share of Glory, introduced by Frederik Pohl (Kornbluth's erstwhile collaborator), edited by Timothy P. Szczesuil, collects for the first time the 56 short stories that Kornbluth wrote solo.

C. M. Kornbluth
Cyril Michael Kornbluth (1923–1958) is an American science fiction author. He has used these pseudonyms: Cecil Corwin, S.D. Gottesman, Edward J. Bellin, Kenneth Falconer, Walter C. Davies, Simon Eisner and Jordan Park.
He also wrote a number of books in collaboration with fellow author Judith Merril under the name of Cyril Judd.
