Below the Root

The Kindar live among the lofty branches of Green-sky, with little to fear save the soul-eating, dream-haunting, monstrous Pash-shan, who lurk below the Holy Root on which the Kindar's lives depend.

But now, they say, the Root is withering.

Now Raamo, newly Chosen as an Ol-zhaan – a priest, magician, leader, and healer – is forced to use his spirit skills to confront the evil that lies below the root.
