The Adventure Begins

A prequel to The Animals of Farthing Wood.

At the meeting of the animals of Farthing Wood, Fox recalls the oath of mutual protection. This book takes the reader back to the events that lead up to the original pledge: the feud between the foxes and the otters, the mysterious sickness and the first signs of human encroachment.
