Arthur Wordsmith

Arthur Wordsmith writes as if myths still breathe beside us, blending ancient lore with the immediacy of modern life. A Canadian author who first built his audience on Royal Road, he introduced readers to Theos, a series where an ordinary office worker awakens in a realm of gods, monsters, and divine games. It started as daily chapters on a web‑fiction platform, but its raw, serialized energy carried over into published novels, with Becoming a God Made Easy debuting in 2023 through Podium Publishing and The Games of Olympus following in 2024.

Wordsmith’s storytelling is shaped by contrasts: mundane characters walking among immortals, the rigid rules of a game‑like progression system clashing with the unpredictability of myth. His books delve into identity, power, and survival, weaving together LitRPG mechanics with the moral weight of epic fantasy. Readers praise the way he makes cosmic conflicts feel personal, grounding high‑stakes battles in the quiet decisions of one reluctant protagonist.

Though he writes under a pen name, Wordsmith has been open about his path, an avid reader who turned to writing not to chase trends but to share the worlds he could not stop imagining. His time on Royal Road forged a direct bond with his audience, one that still shapes how he approaches each new installment.

Today, Arthur Wordsmith remains a rising voice in the LitRPG and cultivation‑inspired fantasy scene, steadily expanding Theos while building a community of readers who want more than just battles and stats. They want to explore what it means to become something greater than human.
