About the Book
In a mountain hamlet so isolated even the U.S. Postal Service ignores it, a federal investigative team discovers Isachar Joyleg, an ancient government pensioner whom the investigators gradually come to believe is just what his testimony makes him out to be - a veteran of the U.S. Revolutionary War.
