About the Book
Serial Killer Nicola Connolly just wants a quiet life...
Having relocated to Falmouth, putting the messy business in Bath behind her, Nicola is ready to get back to her quiet, methodical life of killing in plain sight.
Settled in a stunning rented penthouse apartment she needs to find a new job, but when she meets the owner of the apartment, her plan changes…
Everything is going as planned for her until DI Tom Hudson turns up in the same quiet Cornish town.
He’s there to escape the trauma of the horrific "Picasso" serial killer case - and to forget Nicola, whose terrifying psychic connection to the murderer nearly destroyed his life.
But when a series of unsolved disappearances hints at a new monster hunting local women, Tom is forced into a desperate, dangerous gamble – can he work with Nicola again in order catch yet another predator? And can Nicola continue to keep her true nature hidden from the police?
