In these three new stories, author Alex Bledsoe shows us Christmas in three very different, very distinctive worlds. In “Cold Wind,” Brownyn Hyatt, one of east Tennessee’s mysterious Tufa, faces a crucial decision. “A Ghost, and a Chance” finds Sir Francis Colby joining a famous author of the streets of London for the best-known ghost story ever. And in “Time of the Season,” Tanna Tully has to discover the secret of an abandoned baby on New Year’s Eve.
