Many years ago, the wizard Cathbad gave Finola's father a magical box, Gleaming Bright. But the Dark Druid Rhegeth stole it away. Now, to save her beloved homeland, the young princess sets out on a perilous quest to retrieve it, accompanied only by a magical stag and a sly outlaw, Finn.
